Fees must be paid in full when booking a course.
Places on a course are set on a strictly first come - first serve basis.
Cancellations will only be accepted if you give us a full months notice - the fee will be transferred to a future date.
Accommodation is not included in the price of a course. Please contact the Cornish Tourist Board for details of accommodation. Glassbydesign cannot be held responsible for accommodation bookings.
All courses include the price of materials.
Some glass pieces could still be in the kiln by the end of the course. These will, of course, be available for you to collect, or will be sent to you by post. Postage is not covered in the course fee and will have to be paid as an extra.
A confirmation will be sent to you after booking a course. The confirmation will also include details of the course, information on items you may need to bring with you, and travel details.
