Penarth Open Studio Trail
On Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th June we are taking part in the Penarth Open Studio Trail, 10am-4pm. It is a chance for visitors to walk & meet the artists taking part. At the same time they can enjoy getting a feel for Penarth along the way! There are 21 artists both amateur & professional showing their work in 15 studios. At Glass by Design, we will be doing demonstrations on the hour from 11am until 2pm. This will include some of our favourite tools needed for successful glass cutting & some other info on stained & fused glass techniques. We will also have Suzanne Morgan here demonstrating needle felting throughout the weekend. We are hoping to make the last weekend in June a regular slot for this & are delighted to have the support of The Vale Council to grow this into a successful event. See you all over this weekend!
